Congratulations in taking the next step to tackling whatever it is that brought you here. I have enjoyed 24 years as a Psychologist working in a number of areas, and the one thing that ties all the people I work with is the desire for more in their lives - because they deserve more. In a judgement free space we connect over finding solutions to more time, more happy moments, more health, more hope and better outcomes in a range of areas. Using CBT, DBT, IPT and mindfulness, once we start mapping the goals you want, we can start crafting the solutions to get you where you want to be. I look forward to connecting.
Certificate IV in Crisis Intervention, various trauma training and Safe and Sound Practitioner training are highlights for me, but I am also a trained Supervisor for incoming Psychologists which means I can help others become registered too which is nice.; I have been blessed to work across Alcohol and Other Drug, Disabilities, Trauma Informed Care and recovery programs, in Private, corporate, not for profit and government agencies, which helps me bring a range of tools and solutions to the table.
