Hi, I’m Belle

Belinda is a 19+ years qualified Psychologist who is passionate about helping people to flourish and thrive using science and evidence-based practices and solutions. As a mother of two, she has a genuine interest in working collaboratively with individuals, families, and carers from all walks of life to protect, promote and support their mental health and wellbeing. Belinda holds a Bachelor of Psychology (with Honours) and a Masters in Organisational Psychology, both from the University of New South Wales. She is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Using a holistic, integrated approach, Belinda provides a combination of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychoeducation, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to educate and treat people with a wide range of social, physical, and mental health conditions Located in Sydney, Australia, she has strong expertise in empowering and supporting expectant mums and new parents navigate the challenging and transformative transition to parenthood and creating a safe and supportive space to help improve their family and work-life wellbeing outcomes. Belinda is warm, caring, empathetic, and able to work with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds feel heard, understood, and supported. She is committed to ongoing professional development and has completed Perinatal Mental Health specific training through the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).
