What we treat
As a registered psychologist, I bring warmth, experience, and a genuine commitment to helping people navigate life’s challenges with strength and clarity. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life changes, providing support that’s grounded in proven therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll develop a therapeutic plan that fits your unique needs and fosters meaningful, lasting growth. My focus is on creating a safe, respectful space where you feel truly understood and empowered to take an active role in your mental health and overall well-being.
I am a registered psychologist with a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of New South Wales. My practice is dedicated to supporting people who are navigating anxiety, stress, and trauma, using approaches that are both gentle and grounded in solid research. I focus on equipping you with practical, effective tools that help you feel steadier, more confident, and better able to manage everyday challenges. I take a warm, collaborative approach, working alongside you to shape strategies that genuinely fit your life and your goals. Continued learning is a core part of my professional values, and I remain committed to expanding my skills so I can offer the most up-to-date, meaningful support for your mental well-being.; I have had the privilege of working with adults in both hospital and correctional environments, supporting individuals as they navigate complex mental health concerns and life challenges such as trauma, addiction, difficult relationship patterns, and identity-related issues. I am trained in a broad range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and schema-focused therapies, allowing me to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs.
