I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood and empowered to build skills that support meaningful change in everyday life.; I have experience working with adults across a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, neurodivergence and substance-related challenges. I have provided both individual and group therapy in community, specialist and telehealth settings.
