What we treat
My passion lies in facilitating meaningful and empowering changes for my clients. By taking a person-focused approach, I strive to understand each individual's unique challenges and experiences - I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life, where my role is to help you develop the tools and strategies needed to obtain your best outcomes.
Having earned a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours from RMIT University, I am a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I take a person-centered approach, employing a mix of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) principles and coaching techniques.; As a dedicated early-career psychologist, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse array of individuals, including those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, emergency response workers, and public servants. My area of interest includes supporting individuals experiencing workplace stress, burnout, and conflict, drawing on my professional background to provide effective solutions.
