Qualifications

I am an AHPRA-registered Psychologist, which means I meet Australia's highest national standards for safety and ethical practice. My path to registration involved completing my university degree followed by an intensive, two-year supervised practice program. This practical, hands-on training means my focus has always been on applying skills that make a real difference in people's lives. My passion is helping you find practical tools to navigate life's challenges, whether it's anxiety, stress, or feeling overwhelmed. I am committed to creating a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space. We will work together, at your pace, to build your confidence and help you feel more in control.; I have over five years of professional experience supporting people from all walks of life. My background is broad, allowing me to adapt to your unique situation.
