Hi, I’m Costanza

**Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.** Reaching out for support takes courage, and I deeply respect the step you’re taking. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply needing space to pause and make sense of things, I offer a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard and supported.

My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to tailor our work to your unique needs, strengths, and life context. I work collaboratively, helping you move toward a more meaningful, aligned, and fulfilling life. Clients often describe me as approachable, genuine, and insightful, with a grounded sense of humour. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. This allows us to work both practically and in depth—supporting emotional regulation, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

I work primarily with adults and young adults, with a strong interest in women’s mental health. I support clients navigating identity shifts, relational dynamics, and major life transitions, including the journey into parenthood (matrescence and patrescence). As a mother, I bring both clinical expertise and lived understanding to this space. My work also takes a holistic perspective, recognising the connection between mind, body, relationships, and environment in shaping wellbeing.

Whether you’re seeking ongoing therapy or a space to reflect and reset, I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and care. I look forward to meeting you. **Cos**

Qualifications

# **Sometimes life can feel like too much to hold on your own.** In those moments, having a space where you feel understood and supported can make all the difference. You don't have to navigate this alone.; I am a registered psychologist with over 10 years of experience across Argentina and Australia. I began my career in Argentina, working in private practice and organisational psychology, supporting individuals with mental health, identity, and workplace wellbeing. After relocating to Australia, I completed a two-year Master’s degree and expanded my work within community and non-profit organisations. I have supported families impacted by substance use, gambling, and related mental health challenges through counselling, group programs, and psychoeducation. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based. I offer sessions in both Spanish and English, supporting adults and young people to navigate life transitions, emotional regulation, and relational wellbeing with a compassionate, collaborative approach.
