What we treat
I am a registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges or significant life events, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties and workplace stressors. My approach is warm, empathic and non-judgemental. I understand that seeking support can feel daunting, so I aim to provide sessions where you feel safe, heard and understood. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches and can be flexible in our sessions to ensure you get the most out of them, whether you are looking for practical tools to manage day-to-day challenges or ongoing support for more complex issues. I’m passionate about helping people build resilience and confidence as they navigate life’s challenges.
