What we treat
As a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ psychologist, I am passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, accepted, and genuinely understood. I take a warm, authentic, and fiercely non-judgemental approach to therapy, and enjoy working with values-aligned people who are seeking support, growth, healing, or a deeper understanding of themselves. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your individual needs, often incorporating creativity and a relaxed, conversational style alongside evidence-based practice.
I work with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ adults, as well as adults experiencing a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and identity exploration. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and aligned with your values.
Areas of interest General anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, autistic folk and Persistent Drive for Autonomy (PDA) profiles, emotional regulation challenges, LGBTQIA+ wellbeing and identity, addiction, schizophrenia, and supporting adults navigating life transitions, self-understanding, and personal growth.
