What we treat
I am an AHPRA-registered General Psychologist providing compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma-related difficulties, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I tailor therapy to each person’s individual needs, strengths, and goals. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. My approach is collaborative and respectful, and I value building a strong therapeutic relationship so that we can work together at a pace that feels right for you. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help you develop insight, practical coping skills, and meaningful, lasting change. Alongside individual therapy, I value working with families, schools, and other professionals where helpful, to make sure support is well-rounded and meaningful. I am committed to ongoing learning and reflective practice, and I strive to provide care that is thoughtful, ethical, and responsive to what matters most to you.
