**Reaching out for support isn’t easy. It takes courage to be honest and vulnerable, especially when things are difficult. I have been a counsellor for over 20 years and a psychologist for 3. And I have accessed counselling myself on the occasions where I have needed support. I find it really useful to have someone there to help think things through.**
**I am open and non-judgmental, skilled in both long-term and short-term work with persons from diverse backgrounds and identities. I engage respectfully, trying to understand each individual person and their situation. I take a holistic approach to working with people - at their pace. Together, we work not only on symptoms but on what makes life meaningful and your relationship to self and others. It’s important that you find someone you feel comfortable with and whom you can trust. I wish you well on your wellbeing journey.**
