What we treat
Hi, I’m Fatma,
I am registered psychologist based in NSW. I am deeply committed to providing compassionate and effective therapy for adolescents and adults. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings and experiences. I offer flexible telehealth sessions accessible across Australia, as well as in-person sessions for local clients.
With extensive experience, I support individuals facing various challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I am particularly skilled at helping clients navigate communication issues and assertiveness challenges, as well as addressing workplace stress, including mobbing. I am passionate about empowering women who have experienced domestic violence or gender inequalities, and I find great fulfillment in assisting migrants as they adapt to new societies, cultures, and religious contexts.
I believe in a personalized approach to therapy, tailoring my interventions to meet your unique needs. I utilize a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, Schema Therapy to explore deeprooted emotional themes, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to enhance psychological flexibility. I also employ Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support behavior change, Solution-Focused Therapy to encourage goal-oriented progress, and Exposure Therapy to assist you in managing anxiety and fear. Additionally, I use Narrative Therapy to help you reframe your personal story and Humanistic Therapy to nurture self-acceptance and personal growth.
With a warm, inclusive, and client-centered approach, I am dedicated to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and meaningful growth. Together, we can work through life’s challenges and create a path toward a brighter future
