What we treat
With over 20 years of experience as a psychologist and am dedicated to helping clients navigate a wide range of challenges including grief, anxiety, addiction, self-esteem, and injury recovery using proven, evidence-based therapies. My approach is based around creating a collaborative and positive environment, so that you can feel comfortable in sharing your experiences. I believe that listening to you is at the heart of a counselling interaction. My objective is to empower you to take ownership of your personal development, equipping you with strategies to improve resilience, self-awareness, and long-term well-being. I have worked extensively with clients in the work environment, assisting them in to managing their career goals as well as navigating them through personal and professional conflict. I have a keen interest in sport psychology and enjoy working with clients to establish and achieve performance goals and maximise their potential.
Treatment approaches are being updated.
