What we treat
I am a Clinical Psychologist with 10+ years experience in the mental health sector. I hold a strong interest in supporting a diverse range of people through the many changes and challenges of life. I am passionate about helping you find balance, meaning, and renewed confidence. I work hard to create a warm and compassionate space where you can explore their experiences openly and feel supported as you navigate life’s complexities.
I pride myself on being a neuroaffirming psychologist who is passionate about supporting neurodivergent people (suspected or diagnosed) to address the mental health issues that are associated with existing in an invalidating environment. I take a collaborative approach, helping people establish appropriate accomodations; as well as build resilience in the face of life challenges.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Australian Catholic University and have formal training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. I also draw from Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology to tailor my approach to each client’s needs. I use my clinical skills to create a calm environment to work together to understand the historical influences relevant to a situation, while establishing proactive strategies to move towards your goals.; My clinical experience spans work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, substance use, and anger, as well as grief and loss. Before becoming a psychologist, I worked as a social worker in the mental health sector, supporting people and families living with complex mental health conditions.
