(She/Her) New patients: Please note I’ll be commencing maternity leave from mid-October. I’m here to support you until then and, if ongoing care is needed, we can plan a smooth transition together.
My practice is client-centred, grounded in empathy, respect, and warmth. I aim to create a relaxed, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. Therapy is tailored to your unique experiences using evidence-based approaches that support growth, healing, resilience, and progress. My practice is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQIA+ individuals, welcoming all genders and sexualities.
Bachelor of Psychological Science, Master of Clinical Psychology; I have experience working across private practice, justice, and community health settings in Australia and Germany, supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and complex presentations. Together, we will explore your story and focus on creating new possibilities for the future.
