Taking new clients
English

Hi, I’m Ioanna

When meeting my clients, I love hearing their story of their journey where they realise their strengths through their successes and being able to see that their goals are achievable. It is also about realising areas of weaknesses where with assistance, one's perspective can alter so as to move forward with a sense of purpose and control. Being listened to, being open and honest and working together at a pace that's determined by the client and the therapist makes for a therapeutic relationship which is what I aim for with all my clients. I am humbled and rewarded when my clients see improvements in their lives because of the work we are doing and come back 'on a needs basis' or for a 'check-in' once skills have been acquired for maintaining ones positive mental health and well being.
