What we treat
I am a registered psychologist with over seven years of experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, transitioning into telehealth and community-based practice. I aim to provide a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change. I have experience supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, emotional dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, and adjustment concerns. My approach is person-centered and evidence-based, integrating CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I tailor interventions to each client’s goals, helping build insight, resilience, and practical skills for lasting change.
