I’m a warm, dedicated, and compassionate Senior Clinical Psychologist and Rehabilitation Counsellor with over 14 years of experience. I’m passionate about helping people improve their emotional, social, and psychological wellbeing. I am committed to providing a personalised and supportive therapeutic experience, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a variety of clinical settings. I have also worked with individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, allowing me to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive care. My approach is grounded in the latest evidence-based practice, drawing on scientifically supported interventions to help clients navigate life’s challenges. I'm a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Rehabilitation Counsellor with over 14 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of mental health challenges. I have a Bachelor of Psychology (UWS), Master of Rehabilitation Counselling (USYD) and Master of Clinical Psychology. I provide a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach, creating a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I work with people experiencing grief, mood disorders (Depression etc), anxiety disorders, complex traumas, ADHD, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, ADHD, personality/bipolar stress, burnout, workplace challenges, chronic pain, and life transitions. Using evidence-based therapies tailored to your individual needs, I aim to help you build practical skills, increase resilience, and make meaningful changes that support your wellbeing and quality of life.; Over the past 14 years, I have worked across private practice, rehabilitation, occupational health, workers compensation, and community mental health settings. I have extensive experience supporting individuals presenting with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, chronic pain, workplace injuries, neurodiversity, and relationship concerns. I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds and am committed to providing evidence-based, person-centred care that supports lasting change.
