What we treat
I am a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist with a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve meaningful and lasting change in their lives. I specialize in supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression and the symptoms that can be caused by them. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy and Schema Therapy, I provide a warm and supportive space where clients feel truly heard and understood.
My background in psychology is supported by a Bachelor of Psychological Studies from Western Sydney University and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced) from Monash University. Beyond my clinical work, I have a long-standing passion for community service and education, having volunteered internationally to support underprivileged children and families through teaching and wellbeing initiatives.; With experience working across the lifespan, I have supported children, adolescents, and adults through a range of emotional, behavioural, and cognitive challenges. My clinical work also includes psychometric assessments, allowing me to combine both scientific precision and human understanding in her practice. Driven by empathy, faith, and a belief in every person’s capacity for growth, my goal is to empower clients to build resilience, rediscover balance, and move forward with confidence and clarity.
