What we treat
I am a registered psychologist who works with individuals and families across the lifespan, supporting them to navigate life’s challenges and build resilience and wellbeing. With over 15 years of experience, I have worked extensively with individuals and families experiencing a wide range of social, emotional, and mental health concerns. I draw on a range of evidence-based psychological therapies, carefully tailoring my approach to each client’s needs, strengths, and goals. I aim to create a collaborative, client-centred space where people feel supported, understood, and empowered to work towards meaningful, practical and long-lasting change.
I am a AHPRA registered psychologist with a Master's degree in educational and developmental psychology from Monash University and a PhD in education and inclusion from Deakin University.
