What we treat
I am a dedicated registered psychologist who supports individuals experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. My approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs and integrates holistic, clientcentred principles to support resilience, clarity, and a better understanding of themselves and their experiences. I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their journey to improve their wellbeing.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and specialised training in Family and Systemic Therapy. I also use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions to support clients in developing practical coping strategies and improving emotional wellbeing.; I have experience working across a range of mental health and community settings, including private practice, schools, the NDIS sector, and family and youth services. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a diverse range of psychological and emotional difficulties.
