Qualifications

I am a generally registered psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology degree from Central Queensland University. I work with a broad range of mental health challenges people face such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress, using evidence-based techniques and strategies to help bring a sense of balance and calmness to life. I work collaboratively with clients to create strategies that are practical and suit the needs of the person I am working with, and I encourage regular feedback on what clients have found helpful and the things that haven't resonated with them.
