What we treat
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, particularly when emotions, relationships, or past experiences make it difficult to find clarity and direction. I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and challenges in relationships or sense of self. Therapy provides a reflective and supportive space to better understand your experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change. My aim is to offer a calm, collaborative environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward improved well-being and personal growth.
I am a Registered General Psychologist with AHPRA, working in private practice settings. My approach is client-centred, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences. I integrate evidence-based and psychodynamically informed therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, the Conversational Model, and Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy (TLDP). I also bring a strong research background and prior experience in high-pressure professional environments, informing my understanding of stress, burnout, and systemic influences on mental health.
