What we treat
I am a warm and compassionate registered psychologist who supports adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, trauma and life transitions. I aim to create a calm, non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring what’s been going on for you. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside other integrative techniques, with a focus on practical strategies you can apply in your everyday life. My approach is collaborative and tailored, meaning we work together to develop tools that align with your goals, values and pace. I have experience working across the lifespan, including with adolescents aged 12 and older, and I am particularly interested in supporting adults in better understanding themselves, building emotional resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more in control, more confident, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.

I am a registered psychologist with general registration through AHPRA, holding a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science. I have experience providing psychological therapy to adults and adolescents (12+), supporting presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties and interpersonal challenges. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practice, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and psychodynamic approaches. I also have experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, including cognitive, educational, adaptive functioning and ADHD assessments, and I am confident in formulation, report writing and collaborative care. I have worked across private practice settings and alongside families, schools and multidisciplinary teams, and I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure I provide high-quality, ethical and effective care.
