Hi, I’m Kelley

Kelley Pickett is a Registered Psychologist with over 9 years of diverse experience spanning both private and corporate sectors. Operating her own holistic Psychology practice in Torquay, Kelley integrates an array of therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness, meditation, emotional freedom technique, and somatic-body experiences, among others, to facilitate empowering transformations for her clients. Her commitment to holistic care extends to her training as a certified Mama Rising Coach, where she ardently supports women through the profound transition into motherhood. Kelley's passion lies in reshaping the narrative surrounding modern parenthood, ensuring that women navigating the antenatal and postnatal phases receive comprehensive support to move through the challenges and celebrate the joys inherent in this transformative journey. As a mother of two young children herself, Kelley intimately understands the complexities of this pivotal life stage. She recognises the vulnerability, identity shifts, and myriad emotions that accompany the journey from maiden to mother, and she provides a nurturing environment where clients can explore and navigate these experiences with empathy and understanding. Kelley's dedication to mental health and well-being extends beyond individual therapy sessions. She actively develops and delivers training packages on various topics including stress management, resilience-building, mindfulness, nutrition, grief and loss, and conflict resolution for both individuals and groups. Grounded in her academic background in Psychology and bolstered by her training in perinatal and motherhood studies, Kelley cultivates a warm and engaging therapeutic environment where clients can flourish and grow. In her practice, Kelley embodies warmth, engagement, and unwavering passion, offering clients a safe and supportive space to embark on their personal growth journeys with confidence and strength.
