Qualifications

Kim is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons), a Master of Applied Psychology (Pre-Clinical), and a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology. Kim is trained in diverse evidence-based therapeutic modalities to cater to individuals’ needs and therapy goals, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Informed Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, as well as attachment and psychodynamic-based approaches.; Kim has a background in delivering therapeutic care to children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various degrees of complexity with their mental health. She has worked in various public (school, hospital, outpatient care) and private (clinic) settings.
