What we treat
I take a holistic approach that offers a compassionate and collaborative space to make sense of difficulties and move towards a life worth living - whatever that may look like for you. Although a mental health diagnosis can provide a useful understanding, together we can look beyond labels to understand what has happened to you and how you have learned to cope. My hope is that you leave therapy with a new understanding of yourself and a set of skills that will hold you fast through the tough times.
I am a registered psychologist with a Master's degree in Professional Psychology and a Master's of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne. I offer evidence-informed therapy for people navigating stress, emotional challenges and life transitions. My work is informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and shaped by a background in healthcare that has fostered a strong commitment to person-centered care.
