What we treat
I am a compassionate and experienced registered psychologist with over 15 years’ experience across public mental health and private practice in NSW. I’ve supported children, adolescents, adults, and families in a range of settings. I work with individuals with stress, anxiety, and relationship difficulties, helping them better understand what’s happening and find practical ways forward. I also support people navigating complex experiences, including family separation, domestic and family violence, and legal system challenges. I have a particular interest in supporting parents through separation and co-parenting. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, drawing on CBT, ACT, family therapy, and trauma-informed practice to support you in making meaningful change.
I'm a registered psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology from Charles Sturt University. I focus on providing practical tools to help you feel more in control, calm, and confident in your daily life. I believe in a collaborative approach, where we work together to create strategies that suit your needs and goals. I am committed to ongoing learning to ensure I provide the best possible care to support your mental health and well-being.; I bring over 15 years’ experience from both public mental health and private practice, where I’ve supported children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of challenges. My experience includes working across community mental health, inpatient and forensic settings, with adult and child & adolescent services, with a focus on supporting people through complex life situations, relationship difficulties, and periods of change.
