What we treat
Lisa is a Clinical Psychologist with 17 years of experience. She has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (first class honours), a Master of Clinical Psychology and is a board approved supervisor with AHPRA. Lisa is passionate about enhancing people’s joy and engagement in life. She is a warm and empathic clinician whose primary focus is to create a safe and secure environment where people can freely embrace their pain and discomfort so they can lead a life that is rich and meaningful for them. Lisa’s skills lie in working with clients aged 18yrs and over. She uses a range of evidence-based techniques to suit the individual needs and strengths of her clients. Interventions may include Schema Therapy including imagery reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Therapy.
Lisa has a particular interest in helping individuals navigate a relationship breakdown, support through perinatal and postnatal depression/anxiety and also overcoming the emotional impact of IVF.
Lisa is also passionate about alternative medicine and works to aligning the head, the heart and the spirt. She is passionate about holistic therapy and truly believes that one size does NOT fit all!
