At times, we can struggle with our thoughts, feelings or everyday life without fully understanding why. Other times, life experiences can stretch our ability to cope. Whatever brings you to therapy, it can be difficult to make sense of what you're experiencing or know how to move forward. The right support can help you gain clarity and find a way forward. As a psychologist, I offer a non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understand yourself better and work towards changes that matter to you. I work with adults from all walks of life, supporting them with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, workplace stress and life transitions. I offer therapy in English and Malayalam. My approach combines empathy and understanding with structure and direction. We’ll work collaboratively to understand your experiences, identify meaningful goals and develop a clear plan. I value open communication and regularly review progress, adapting therapy to your needs, preferences and strengths. Drawing on CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based therapy and EMDR, my approach is person-centred, trauma-informed and neuroaffirming. I focus on practical strategies that fit your personality and everyday life, building on your existing strengths and working towards gradual, sustainable change. You don't need to have all the answers before starting therapy. We can start where you are and work towards where you'd like to be, together.
