What we treat
I am a multicultural (Japan/ Spain/ Australia), compassionate and experienced registered psychologist, dedicated to supporting individuals navigate life's challenges with resilience. I have experience working in both private and public hospital settings with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, supporting clients and families through diverse medical and psychological challenges. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, stress, trauma, adjustment, and health-related concerns (such as chronic pain), using gentle, evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Play Therapy, and mindfulness. My style is both practical and collaborative — I work alongside clients to not only address difficulties, but also to enhance peacefulness, resilience, and inner strengths, helping them feel more confident, and in control of their everyday lives.
Areas of support are being updated.
I am a registered psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology (hons) from University in Spain. Having lived and worked across three different continents, I bring a multicultural perspective and sensitivity to my practice, helping clients feel understood and supported regardless of background. My style is practical and collaborative — I work alongside clients to create strategies that help them feel more confident and in control of their everyday lives. Beyond clinical work, I have also contributed to research in mindfulness and mental health, ensuring my approach remains grounded in the latest evidence. I am passionate about promoting genuine diversity — not just acknowledging differences, but fostering curiosity, interaction, and respect across cultures. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering space where clients can build resilience and thrive.
