What we treat
I am a compassionate and experienced clinical psychologist, researcher, and board-approved supervisor with over 10 years of experience working with clients across a broad range of presentations. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing mood disorders (e.g., anxiety and depression), stressor-related disorders, and neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g., autism and ADHD). I have extensive experience providing psychological services to individuals and communities in rural and remote settings, and I am committed to improving access to high-quality, evidence-based care for underserved populations. Prior to my career in psychology, I worked as a Mechanical Engineer, a background that continues to inform my clinical practice. I take a practical, structured, and collaborative approach, working with clients to thoughtfully “engineer” tailored treatment plans that align with their goals, strengths, and individual needs.
