Hi, I’m Mark

I am a registered psychologist with over 9 years' experience providing counselling to individuals, couples, and families. Aware that people can be steeled by adversity, I work towards enhancing the process of growth in the individual. The goal of my counselling practice is to help clients achieve a deeper understanding of themselves, leading to more fulfilling and harmonious lives. Qualifications

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology, and a dual Masters degree in Counselling and Applied Psychology, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma of Social Science (Family Therapy). I am currently completing postgraduate research, with my thesis focusing on body image disturbance. Bachelor of Arts Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology Masters of Counselling Masters of Applied Psychology Post Graduate Diploma of Family Therapy Masters of Research Candidate; My experience spans both the not-for-profit and private sectors, including seven years as a counsellor, couples counsellor and family therapist in various organisations working with a wide range of presenting issues. Along with working in the not-for-profit space, I am also privileged to have worked across several private practice settings. Some of which are Headspace, supporting young people experiencing mental health difficulties as well as other practices centered towards neurodiversity and complex mental health. I also contribute to the field of psychology through published research across a variety of topics.
