Mary is a dedicated psychologist with a strong background in trauma and crisis support. She specialises in person-centred, evidence-based therapy for individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, grief, and life stressors. With bilingual fluency in English and Arabic, she brings a deep cultural understanding to her work, helping clients navigate challenges with sensitivity and care. Mary is passionate about improving overall well-being and integrates a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Schema Therapy, as well as mindfulness, psychoeducation, family therapy, trauma-focused therapy and self-help strategies. Her goal is to empower clients to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and enhance their emotional and mental health in a warm, non-judgmental space that respects each individual’s unique journey.
Mary is a registered psychologist with a Masters in Professional Psychology from La Trobe University.
