Max is a registered general psychologist dedicated to supporting his clients' wellbeing and long-term growth. His practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness strategies, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Max supports clients experiencing a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, and grief while also assisting those seeking personal development, resilience, and improved general mental health and wellbeing. Max's goal is to create a compassionate and connected space for his clients.
In addition to working as a psychologist, Max worked in the Royal Australian Navy for 12 years as a reservist and he also teaches at the University of Queensland on a casual basis.
