Hi, I’m Michael

I am a Psychologist with clinical psychology endorsement. I have over 35 years of clinical experience. I provide compassionate, trauma informed and evidence-based care to adults across the lifespan. I have cultivated my skills by working in diverse settings, including an acute mental health crisis team, community mental health services, private practice and older persons mental health. I take an integrative and person-centred approach to therapy, tailoring my methods to meet the unique needs of each individual. My practice draws from a robust toolkit of therapeutic modalities, including: ·      Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) ·      Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) ·      Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) ·      Mindfulness-based interventions Whether navigating complex transitions in life or managing long-term mental health challenges, I strive to create a safe, collaborative environment where clients feel heard and empowered to achieve meaningful change.

I am a registered psychologist with clinical psychology endorsement. I possess over 35 years of experience working as a psychologist in diverse settings and across the lifespan. My background spans acute and community mental health, private practice, and specialized care for older adults. Every person is unique, and everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to be heard. I don’t use a "one size fits all" approach. Instead, in collaboration with you, I will draw on diverse therapeutic approaches to address your specific needs.
