What we treat
I am a dedicated and client-centred registered psychologist working in private practice, supporting children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, neurodivergence, and challenging life changes. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills, and person-centred approaches to create a safe and collaborative space where you feel heard and understood.Together we work toward building insight, practical coping tools, and confidence so you can move through difficulties with greater ease and create meaningful, lasting change. A key part of my work is strengthening self-advocacy — helping you recognise your needs, express them, and take action in ways that protect your wellbeing. My goal is for you to feel more empowered and clear-headed in how you navigate life’s challenges, so that over time you can rely more on yourself and less on external supports.
I am a registered psychologist with a Master's degree in Professional Psychology from The Cairnmillar Institute. I specialise in helping adolescents and adults gain a clearer understanding and perspective of the challenges they experience, so they feel more equipped to make sense of what is happening for them. From that foundation, we work together to develop practical and preventative strategies that reduce the likelihood of these challenges arising again, protect overall wellbeing, and support better long-term outcomes. My approach is collaborative, proactive, and centred on empowering you with insight and tools that are meaningful and sustainable in your everyday life.
