Hi, I’m Michelle

I am a registered psychologist who believes therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and supportive. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, emotional challenges, trauma, and neurodivergence, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and ACT alongside strengths-based and neuroaffirming principles. My goal is to support greater self-understanding while providing practical strategies to help overcome challenges and navigate everyday life with greater confidence and well-being. Qualifications

I am a registered psychologist with a Master's degree in Professional Psychology from La Trobe University.; I have experience working with many diverse clients through a work history of Residential Care, Specialist Support Coordination, and Positive Behaviour Support. I have worked with clients in child safety, NDIS, and corrections, as well as clients from indigenous and LGBTQIA+ communities. I am also experienced in memory, cognitive, and ADHD assessments across the lifespan.
