Taking new clients
Hindi

Hi, I’m Mrinalini

I am a registered psychologist who is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges in a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and the impacts of trauma, and I am committed to helping clients build resilience, insight, and practical skills for everyday life. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I take a collaborative and tailored approach to therapy, ensuring each person feels heard, supported, and empowered. My aim is to help you develop confidence and tools to better manage difficulties and move towards meaningful and sustainable change.

Qualifications

I am a registered psychologist with a strong background in evidence-based psychological care. I completed my Master’s degree in Psychology overseas, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from Deakin University, and a supervised internship in Australia. During my training and clinical practice, I have gained extensive experience delivering client-centred therapy, particularly supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and depressive difficulties. I work primarily with presentations such as Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and depression, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches. My focus is on providing practical, gentle, and collaborative support, helping clients develop tools to better manage their thoughts, emotions, and daily challenges. I believe therapy works best when it is tailored to each individual, and I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure I provide high-quality, ethical, and effective care to support your mental wellbeing.; I have over three years of experience working as a provisional psychologist. During this time, I have primarily used Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to support clients with Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and depressive presentations, delivering collaborative and practical therapy tailored to each individual’s goals and needs.
