Taking new clients

Hi, I’m Nina

It is my goal to offer each client a warm, supportive and practical therapeutic experience, where you feel seen and heard. I believe that feeling comfortable with your therapist is a key feature of the journey. Together we will explore whatever is on your mind and uncover what is holding you back from living your best life. I have a range of techniques that I can teach you to help to reduce stress and conflict and to enhance your overall well-being. I encourage you to take the first step and make an appointment. I really understand how nervous and hesitant many people are before their first therapy session. So much is unknown about that initial session, and that can be daunting. I assure you that you can go at your own pace and at your own comfort-level, in an environment that feels safe and non-judgmental.

I can help you with

  • Adjustment Difficulties
  • Anger Management
