I am a warm and compassionate Registered Psychologist who enjoys supporting people in navigating life’s challenges and reconnecting with what matters most to them. I believe that therapy works best when people feel safe, understood, and respected, and I aim to create a space where clients can speak openly without judgment. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences and develop practical skills to support their well-being. I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and other modalities. I have experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, and other mental health concerns. I value working with people from diverse backgrounds and am committed to providing culturally sensitive and person-centred care. I am multilingual, I speak English, Thai and Lao. I integrate both Eastern and Western philosophies into my therapy.
I am a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology from La Trobe University. I support individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centred on helping clients feel safe, understood, and supported. I utilise evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, to assist clients in developing practical strategies to improve their well-being and navigate life’s difficulties. I am dedicated to continuous learning and providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care to people from varied backgrounds.; Experienced in working with diverse client groups across the lifespan, including veterans, NDIS participants, and clients under Mental Health Care Plans. Strong background in behaviour support, therapeutic intervention, and collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams. Proven ability to develop behaviour support plans, facilitate psychoeducational groups, and provide professional reports to GPs and other stakeholders. Fluent in English, Thai, and Lao, with a culturally responsive and person-centred approach to psychological care.
