I am a compassionate and experienced registered psychologist, passionate about supporting individuals navigate life's challenges to become the best version of themselves with confidence and resilience. With over 16 years of experience, I have extensive experience in supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and attachment, and stress and adjustment difficulties, work place relationships and interpersonal difficulties, disability and neurodivergence, teens and families, self. Identity development and life transitions. Using proven, evidence-based therapies (such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dyadic developmental psychotherapy, (DDPp), mindfulness, narrative and solution focussed therapies, positive psychology and family therapy, I work collaboratively to ensure a personalized approach that promotes lasting change and healing. I work to empower clients, build the resources to be their best selves and manage mental health difficulties in a space where their feel heard and understood.
I am a registered psychologist with a Master’s degree in Business Psychology, graduate diploma in managing youth suicide and in legal practice. I have extensive experience in helping people overcome challenges related depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma and attachment, adjustment difficulties and neurodivergence (such as ADHD and ASD) using gentle, evidence-based techniques. I work collaboratively with individual and their support systems, to create strategies that suit individual needs and goals. I am committed to ongoing learning to ensure I provide the best possible care to support building confidence, resilience and managing mental well-being.
