Hi ! I am Saji, a registered psychologist with over a decade of experience. I am dedicated to create a supportive, empathetic and non-judgemental space where you feel safe to share your world and experiences, and we can work on various aspects of it. Together, we can embark on a journey towards your personal growth and building a lifestyle that aligns with your values and is in peace with yourself and the world. As a therapist and using my knowledge and experience, I will help you increase your self-awareness, and psychological flexibility, and empower you to make positive changes in your life. I am excited to work with you and help you achieve a more fulfilling sense of well-being.
Saji completed Bachelor, Masters and PhD in Clinical Psychology. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Saji delivers a variety of evidence-based interventions in a context of holistic and person-centred approach including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based interventions and object relations psychodynamic psychotherapy depending on the clients’ characters and problems.; Saji has experience working with clients in different settings including rehabilitation settings, psychiatry hospitals, oncology hospital and private practices, and it has given her an opportunity to work with different cultural groups and communities. She has extensive experiences in providing psychotherapy for clients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders, as well as interpersonal conflicts and personality disorders.
