I also support LGBTQ+ individuals navigating identity, acceptance and social life. My approach is collaborative, where you are the expert in your own life. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and understood. My role is to empower you in navigating life’s challenges by using proven therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. These tools help you understand your thoughts and emotions. Together, we will build practical skills. This work leads to real, lasting change.
