Hi, I’m Sam

I am a compassionate psychologist dedicated to helping individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, psychosis and relationship issues. I also support LGBTQ+ individuals navigating identity, acceptance and social life. My approach is collaborative, where you are the expert in your own life. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and understood. My role is to empower you in navigating life’s challenges by using proven therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. These tools help you understand your thoughts and emotions. Together, we will build practical skills. This work leads to real, lasting change. Qualifications

I am a registered psychologist with an Honours degree from the University of Sydney and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from ISN Psychology. I have recieved training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Motivational/holistic therapy. I focus on proven tools and skills that assist you in taking back control in your life and to act with confidence and to stay calm during stressful life events. I believe in collaboration, where we work together to create a tailored strategy that suits your values and goals. I am committed to ongoing learning and training to ensure I provide the best possible care to support your mental well-being, as my client.; I have three years experience working with adults and youth across a variety of mental health struggles including anxiety, depression, psychosis and interpersonal issues. I have also worked alongside individuals with intellectual disabilities and LGBTQ+ related concerns, as well as those who are neurodivergent. I also have over five years experience as a clinical researcher working alongside individuals with mental health issues such as anorexia, sleep disorders and treatment resistant depression.
