What we treat
As a psychologist, researcher, and university lecturer, I am passionate about bringing together the best of science and practice. Alongside my clinical practice, I teach, conduct research, and train the next generation of psychologists. My expertise in emotion regulation and wellbeing informs my therapeutic work, allowing me to integrate cutting-edge psychological science with evidence-based care. I strive to create a warm and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.
PhD in Psychology, Macquarie University; My main goal as a psychologist is to help people to re-discover their inner strengths. People are often very aware of their strengths and difficulties, but when things go south, they may need a little nudge from someone who is not their family or friends. I try to nudge and change in people’s perspective by pointing out other side of the story. To do so, I try to gain wholistic perspective of people’s life situation. Thus, I try to engage in a dialogue with people I work with. A dialogue where we can explore difficult issues in a safe space.
