Sandra has completed a Bachelor of Arts and Postgraduate Studies in Psychology. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Sandra is trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Integral Coaching. She is committed to ongoing professional development as part of her own learning and growth.; Sandra has a broad range and many years of experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents and adults. She also has expertise in working with people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in addition to coaching for development. Sandra has a keen interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, fatigue, loss, change/life transition, as well as undertaking assessments. She works in a range of settings, including corporate and private practice. Sandra’s style is warm, authentic, perceptive and open.
