What we treat
I am a registered general psychologist who is passionate about supporting people of all ages to navigate life’s challenges and build resilience. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting a wide range of concerns including anxiety, low mood, adjustment and sleep difficulties, and I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I strive to understand each client as a whole person, recognising their strengths, challenges, and what matters most to them, and I tailor therapy to meet their individual needs and goals, whether that involves exploring solutions for immediate concerns or fostering deeper self-awareness and personal growth.
I hold a Master of Psychology (Professional) from Curtin University, as well as a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychological Science and Social Psychology from the University of Western Australia. I am a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and have extensive experience providing assessments and evidence-based interventions across both private practice and not-for-profit organisations. I have extensive experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, providing personalised strategies to build social, communication, and daily living skills. I am also well-versed in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and assist clients to maximise their plans so they can achieve their goals, enhance independence, and improve overall wellbeing.
