Hello! My name is Selin and I am passionate about enhancing your wellbeing and quality of life which you deserve. I enjoy getting to know you as an individual through a holistic, supportive, and strength-based lens. I have a warm, compassionate, and mindful approach and pay importance to making you feel safe and comfortable. I am passionate about helping you on your journey, whatever it may look like, and taking small steps towards enhancing your wellbeing. Bachelor of Arts (Majoring in Cultural Studies & Psychology) - University of Sydney Graduate Diploma of Psychological Sciences - ACAP Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced (Honours) - Monash University General Registration with AHPRA; Selin has experience working with adolescents young adults and adults with various presentations. She also has experience working with people on the NDIS. Selin is interested in working with people who are neurodivergent, as well as individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, interpersonal difficulties, new parents, and relationship concerns. Selin has worked in different settings including private practice, corporate settings, and not for profit. , Selin uses a psychodynamic and integrative framework that is person-centred including neurodiversity-affirming lens, trauma-informed, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Interpersonal psychotherapy and mindfulness-based techniques.
