What we treat
Shevy is a Clinical Psychology Registrar with AHPRA, holding a Master of Clinical Psychology. She offers evidence-based psychological treatment for individuals of all ages, from children to older adults. She has particular interest in anxiety, depression, OCD, perfectionism, perinatal well-being, attachment issues, substance use, and trauma. Shevy draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, REBT, DBT, and Schema therapy. Offering a holistic, evidence-based psychological treatment tailored to each individual.
Known for her warm, compassionate style, Shevy creates a safe and supportive space for clients to explore difficult experiences, blending depth with moments of lightness and humour. This collaborative approach empowers clients to achieve meaningful, lasting change.
Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons 1) Master of Clinical Psychology; Previous experience as follows: - Lives Lived Well Alcohol and Other Drug + Gambling Counsellor (2020-2024; 4 years) - UQ Psychology Clinic (2023) - QLD Health experience across Perinatal Well-being Team, Consultant Liaison Psychiatry Team and Health Psychology Team's (2023 - current)
