What we treat
Maybe your mind won't switch off at night. Maybe you're Autistic or ADHD and tired of masking. Maybe perfectionism has you rewriting the same text six times. Whatever brought you here, welcome. I work with teens (12+) and adults in a neurodiversity-affirming way, using gold standard therapies like CBT and DBT, which have decades of clinical research behind them. After years in schools and clinics, I also support parents and can advise on educational adjustments. Therapy is a partnership; research shows the client-therapist bond matters more than any single technique. We'll build a plan that fits you, and you should feel safe telling me what's working and what isn't. The aim is to help you understand yourself, work with your brain, not against it, and feel more at ease in your life.
